Founder and Creative Director
Verônica Silva is the founder and creative director of VS Hair Studio & Spa Corp. in New Westminster, British Columbia. A trained fashion designer (Universidade Vila Velha, Espírito Santo) and certified hairstylist, she brings over 15 years of experience across the beauty, fashion, and creative industries in Brazil and Canada.
Before moving to Canada in 2019, Verônica founded Studio V Hair & Makeup in Brazil and taught makeup artistry at Senac, one of the country's leading vocational institutions. In Canada, she earned her SkilledTradesBC certification and completed advanced training at New Image College. She worked with professional photographers, leading beauty and production industry leaders, and contributed to extensive editorial and production work at Vancouver Fashion Week, the Miss Vancouver Pageant, and film projects. She also gained commercial salon experience as a member of the team at one of Canada's largest salon franchises.
At VS Hair Studio & Spa, Verônica specializes in visagism, the discipline of designing a client's complete visual identity by harmonizing hairstyle, makeup, and personal image with their individual features, personality, and lifestyle. Her approach integrates beauty services with personal image consulting, editorial styling, and creative direction, serving both individual clients and commercial and editorial production teams across the Greater Vancouver area.
Originally from Iran, Yasaman Dizaji is a passionate Hair Stylist who brings creativity, professionalism, and attention to detail to every client experience. Skilled in hair styling, color services, treatments, and scalp therapy, Yasaman is dedicated to creating personalized beauty experiences that support each client’s unique style and hair health.
With a strong passion for the beauty industry, she provides thoughtful consultations, attentive client care, and customized services designed to enhance confidence and well-being. Her dedication to continuous learning, precision, and creating a welcoming environment makes her a valuable member of the VS Beauty Connection team.
Maria Parra, a talented Colombian Makeup Artist and Esthetician based in Vancouver, BC, brings over four years of experience in the beauty industry. Specializing in makeup for weddings, graduations, parties, and photoshoots, Maria is passionate about enhancing natural beauty rather than masking it. She believes that the secret to a stunning look lies in highlighting each client’s unique features through the art of makeup.
In addition to her expertise in makeup, Maria offers a full range of beauty services, including nail care, body care, and waxing, ensuring a complete and personalized experience. Her mission is to help every client feel confident, radiant, and like the best version of themselves after each visit.
Maria Eduarda is a 23-year-old beauty specialist from Brazil.
For the past four years, she has been helping clients boost their self-esteem, promoting well-being, and enhancing their true and unique beauty.
She specializes in eyelash extensions, lash lifts, eyebrow design, and facial cleansing, offering personalized treatments tailored to each client’s needs and desires.
